How does the free trial work?
Open your store and use every Standard feature free for 3 days. No card needed to start. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep going.
What happens if I don't pay after the trial?
Your store pauses and shows a payment screen until you subscribe. Your products, price lists and customers stay safe, and links you have already sent to buyers keep working.
How do I pay?
Monthly, in Indian rupees. Pay online with Razorpay (UPI, cards or net banking), or by bank transfer with the UTR number, which we confirm.
What is the Custom plan?
Everything in Standard, plus Fair Software customised to how your business works. Send a customisation request from inside the app; we review it and move your store to the Custom plan.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. The owner can add staff logins, so the whole team works from the same products, price lists and buyers.
Does it send from my own WhatsApp and Gmail?
Yes. Link your WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, and add your Gmail with an app password. Messages go out from your own number and address.
