Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Byteagle, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"). They apply when you use Fair Software or any other Byteagle service. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.

2. Free trial

• Every new store gets a 3-day free trial with all Standard features. No payment is needed to start.
• When the trial ends, your store pauses until you choose a plan. Your data is kept, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• One free trial per business.

3. Pricing and payment

• The Standard plan is ₹5,000 per month per store, billed monthly in advance.
• Custom plans are priced for your needs. Contact us for a quote.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. GST or other taxes are added where they apply.
• You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards or net banking) or by bank transfer.
• If a payment is not made, your store pauses until it is. Price lists and catalogue links you have already sent keep working.
• If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next billing month.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Simply stop paying, or tell us. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months.

Before you leave, you can export your data. After your subscription ends, we keep your data for 90 days and then delete it, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including staff logins you create.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

6. Your data

You own everything you add to Fair Software. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to add it, including your buyers' permission to keep their contact details.

7. Acceptable use

When using our services, you must not:

• break any law, or help anyone else to;
• send spam or bulk messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful or offensive;
• upload viruses or harmful code, or try to break into the service or other customers' accounts;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service without our written permission;
• use the service in a way that overloads it or stops others from using it.

WhatsApp and Gmail are run by other companies. When you link them to Fair Software, you must also follow their rules. We are not responsible if they limit or block your account.

If you break these rules, we may pause or close your account. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first.

8. The service

We work hard to keep Fair Software running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may need short breaks for maintenance and updates. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide the service "as is". As far as the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, orders, business or data;
• our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break them.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled only by the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
